My study of psychology led me to Carl Yung’s theory of Existentialism and the journey of self began. This journey took me down the road of exploring my deepest desires, plant-based eating, plant medicine, and my natural hair journey.

In 2014 I decided that I wanted to fulfil a childhood dream of becoming a hairdresser, specializing in Locs only. I had a few home clients and didn’t really have much experience in styling or even starting the locing process and when the opportunity to train at a hairdressers came up, I jumped at it and was given the position. It was this experience that led me to cleanse in a bath of Epson Salts and coconut oil after every shift, just to relieve the muscle pain from standing on my feet for 12 hours each day.

In August 2015 my Daughter left for LA to attend University, my divorce had come through after ending an 18-year relationship, my 18-month contract had ended at the hairdressers and 6 weeks later my Father passed away from a brain haemorrhage which was followed by a letter of eviction from my landlord.

On the night of my Father’s death, he came to me in my front room and told me to start my hairdressing business and 4 weeks later on his birthday Loxxgood was born and the rest of her spirit team began to make themselves known. They say that a hairdresser is as good a therapist and for the first time in 13years, I got to exercise my degree. I also created a beautiful blend of hair oils to use on my clients and it became so demanded that I began selling bottles to them.

After long hours per day and sometimes no days off for up to 2 weeks, Salt baths became a natural way to close each day and while also learning the cycles of the Moon, I started to realize that these baths were doing more than just easing her aching bones. After more research into cleansing baths, I began to use the blends that you find in my wonderful range of Luxurious products.

Yoni steaming came in 2017 when I had been learning more about energy and chakras and how sexual energy from past partners or sexual predators can attach itself to the sacral Chakra causing blockages and or physical pain and ailments. My first experience was with A High Priestess who took me through a beautiful hour-long ceremony. Within a year I had learned the ancient foundations of the practice of Yoni steaming and had blended my own herbs and began giving them away to friends and family members to get their feedback before selling them publically through Loxxgood.

I had also started wrapping bundles of sage together but after further research on other cleansing herbs, I began combing variations of first herbs, then incorporating flowers and oils for the most delightful smudging experiences for everyday use and Rituals.

Finally came the Tarot reading, which was led by my natural ability to read the energy from world events to shifts in Gaia. Reading people had always been an ability of mine but it was enhanced while hairdressing and watching Tarot was used as a confirmation of what I had been feeling.

After a year or so of watching Tarot readers online, I was gifted my first Oracle deck from one of my spiritual Mothers. This led to a Second gift of the Rider Waite traditional Tarot deck. I had begun sharing my Ascension and Twin Flame Journey on Instagram Stories every Sunday Morning. The process of Ascension had also taken me around the world to various Monumental sites such as the Matopos Mountains in Zimbabwe, Tor in Glastonbury, The great Pyramids of Giza and Karnak Temple for grid work and initiations. After 2 years of doing this, the natural transition was to start reading tarot for a more in-depth look into the energies and how they affected us.

After intensive studying of the cards, and practice readings on friends, family and clients, I went live on the 8th of July 2019 on Instagram to 2 viewers. At the End of 2020, I reached out to one of my favourite tarot readers, Queen Cup, they immediately became friends and after a few months of conversing Queen Cup encouraged me to start doing my readings on YouTube, this happened in April 2021 and by September 2021, Hourglassedby Jas and I were invited to Queen Cup’s platform on YouTube to discuss a topic and the 3 of us immediately connected and have since been doing a series of episodes together perfectly titled The 3 of Cups.
