We pick up these energies from a number of places, people and things including EMF waves from our phones and devices, public transport, engaging in arguments and gossip, Media and the Internet, multiple sexual partners, public places with large crowds and even our own negative thoughts.

We can often be completely unaware of these harmful energies that are building up and after a while feel heavy, sad or even form physical ailments.

A weekly routine of taking spiritual baths, Yoni steaming and smoke cleansing/smudging your home will help to manage and eliminate these harmful build-ups and keep you balanced and grounded as we go through this adventure called life.

Taking time to pamper yourself in the busy lives that most of us lead can feel like something that can be left at the bottom of our to-do list but I have learned by making this a priority, I not only assign designated time to myself but I also feel lighter and sexier from the weekly practices, therefore assisting with a more productive week ahead.

My goal is to grow every single herb, fruit and flower in my Grandparent’s back yard in Zimbabwe but for now, I use organic herbs from local small businesses in my area and my Sage, Bay leaves and Rosemary comes from one of my Mothers garden in Peckham.

Both the Frankincense and THC Oil used in the Goddess bath oils mix is homemade by two of my sistars, one based in Canada (www.queencup.ca) and the other Based in Texas (Scorpio Ranch). These 2 ingredients create an extra relaxing and cleansing bath experience.

Remember to add your favourite flowers to your bath, I almost always use red rose petals as they are the highest vibrational flower there is. If you are concerned with pesticides being used on your flowers, soak them in apple cider vinegar an hour prior to taking your bath to remove any harmful chemicals.
